Season – high, shoulder and low season rates are common place
Property manager – each individually owned apartment can be let for any price through property managers who calculate their own rates. Renovated apartments and hotel rooms will attract a premium.
Hotel brand – booking direct with the hotel or resort can sometimes be more expensive as you get more services like dedicated check in, room service, tab creation.
Events – local events and demand will push prices up

Privately managed apartments are located in the same complex as but are NOT a part of the “Mantra” Hotel. They do not have access to any of the associated services of the Hotel Section such as; on site reception check in, hotel room service, onsite luggage storage, however, room service can be arranged from a number of restaurants nearby and your luggage can be stored at the property manager’s check-in office.

Can I leave the luggage at the Hotel before Check in and after Check out? guests who book privately managed apartments may leave their luggage with the property manager, located nearby. Guests booked directly with the hotel may leave their luggage at the dedicated spot near reception.

How do I get to Mantra Heritage from the nearest airport? The Cairns airport is approx. 65 kms away. Although you could grab a local taxis or ride shares, it would be pricey! The most cost effective option is the airport coaches and private transfers to get you to your hotel. We can book this as part of your accommodation and get you the best rate for your dates and travel group size.
