Fitzroy Island – this is a quick 45 minute ferry across the Trinity inlet to the island. There are a couple of services every day, more in high season but you will need to time your flights to the ferry departure times or stay in Cairns overnight. Don’t worry, we can coordinate all of this.
Palm Cove – approx 30 minutes from Cairns Airport. Consider that this could take longer if you’re in an airport coach that makes other drop offs along the way
Port Douglas – Approx 1 hour of the most beautiful coastal drive in Australia from Cairns Airport to Port Douglas. Highly recommend hiring a car and stopping at every photo opportunity along the way!
Airlie Beach & Whitsunday Islands – fly into Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine) and catch a comfortable coach for 40 minutes into Airlie Beach. From Airlie Beach ferries transport guests to the Islands including Daydream Island, Hayman Island and Hamilton Island. Hamilton Island does have its own airport and may be more convenient to fly in to depending on your accommodation.
Rockhampton– Fly into Rocky as the gateway to beautiful Yeppoon. A truly underrated spot! A quick 40 minute transfer or self drive hire car.
Brisbane– Fly into Brissie as the central spot for getting to either Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast. About an hour drive North or South depending on your plans. Tip – Check the toll rules for Qld roads!!
Cairns City – a quick 5 minute drive from the Cairns Airport
Green Island – this is a quick 50 minute ferry across the Cairns Trinity inlet to the island. There are a couple of services every day, more in high season but you will need to time your flights to the ferry departure times or stay in Cairns overnight. Don’t worry, we can coordinate all of this.
Mission Beach – south of Cairns Airport, approx 1 hour 40 mins by car to Mission Beach. Self drive hire car or local transfer. High chances of spotting a Cassowary!
Magnetic Island – A ferry journey of about 45 minutes from start to finish, take your hire car or ‘walk on’ to your Magnetic Island accommodation.
Sunshine Coast – Fly into the Sunshine Coast airport for access to all of the coast’s beautiful beach areas from Noosa to Caloundra. Times will vary depending on your accommodation – allow up to an hour.
Gold Coast – Fly into the Gold Coast airport for access to all of the coast’s beautiful beach areas from Coolangatta to Coomera. Times will vary depending on your accommodation – allow about 45 mins if you’re heading towards Surfers.
