Privately managed apartments are located in the same complex as but are NOT a part of the “Pullman” Hotel. They do not have access to any of the associated services of the Hotel Section such as; on site reception check in, hotel room service, onsite luggage storage, however, room service can be arranged from a number of restaurants nearby and your luggage can be stored at the property manager’s check-in office.

Is parking available at the the Sea Temple Palm Cove? Yes, the Sea Temple has an underground car park with code access so your vehicles are secure. Your property manager will confirm parking arrangements with you before arrival. The car park is accessible with a lift so getting luggage up to your room is very easy.

Is there a restaurant at the Hotel? Yes, the Sea Temple has a popular restuarant called Temple of Tastes. It offers guests breakfast and dinner. Their degustation menu is is very popular! The resort also has a poolside bar to purchase drinks and snacks whilst relaxing by the three swimming pools and two spas at the Sea Temple Palm Cove. Room service is available for guests booked directly with the Pullman. Private guests may be able to set up a tab on arrival at the resort by agreement with reception.

Can I leave the luggage at the Hotel before Check in and after Check out? Yes, Pullman guests are welcome to leave their luggage and use the resort facilities when arriving or departing outside of check in and check out times. Private guests should request this service from their property manager before arrival for an alternative to be worked out.
How do I get to the Sea Temple Palm Cove from the nearest airport? The Cairns airport is approx. 25 kms away and local taxis and ride shares offer quick and inexpensive rides. There are also airport coaches and private transfers to get you to your hotel. All of the large brands have car hire collection from the Cairns Airport. You can also hire a car locally for part of your stay if you don’t need one for your entire trip.
